Welcome to The General Aviation Law Firm, P.C.  Our mission is to serve aircraft owners, pilots and mechanics with their legal needs.  When it comes to aviation law, experience counts.  With the convenience of email, phone, and videoconferencing, we are able to effectively and efficiently service our aviation clients in all 50 states.

Our firm handles all transactions for aircraft owners (current and prospective).  Whether you are selling, buying, or leasing an aircraft, you need the right team of professionals to help you acquire and maintain your critical aviation assets.  Your key player who can “quarterback” the team is The General Aviation Law Firm, P.C.  We are intimately familiar with Part 91 of the Federal Aviation Regulations, and more importantly, how to keep you from inadvertent flight into FAR Part 135.

The Federal Aviation Administration is your friend, until they are not.  When incidents, accidents, or FAR violations occur, certificated pilots and mechanics need a skilled aviation lawyer who knows how to navigate both the investigative process with the Flight Standards District Office and certificate enforcement actions.  Our attorneys handle appeals before Administrative Law Judges of the National Transportation Safety Board (aka, NTSB Hearings).  When required, we continue to fight in further appeals to the full NTSB and the Federal courts.

Having trouble with your aviation insurance carrier getting a claim paid?  Are they willing to pay but offering too little?  We know the carrier’s systems, how they think, and can help you navigate through the process to get a favorable resolution.
